The Journey
From a small town in Uttar Pradesh to All India Rank 1 — every chapter that turned a curious kid into a founder and engineer.

Roots2009 – 2019
A kid from Gorakhpur
Before any of the code, there was a five-year run through the Leadership Training Service — a structured programme that drilled in discipline, service, and how to carry a team. Small town, early lessons that still show up in how I lead.

School2021 – 2023
Science, and a pull toward machines
ICSE at Little Flower School, then the CBSE science stream at Don Bosco, Gorakhpur. Physics and math were the excuse; what actually hooked me was the idea that you could build things that think — and a local mentor who first walked me through writing C.

First Code2023
Bennett University — the first programs
Computer Science at Bennett. The first real lines of Java and Python, the first time a program did something I imagined. Coursework in OOP and DBMS gave it structure; obsession — and long library sessions — did the rest.

First Builds2023 – 2024
Building, learning, and failing
Real projects start to finish — a car-rental GUI, an orphanage management system, smaller tools and games — alongside my first hackathons, a bit of freelance work, and early open-source exploration. Plenty broke. Each failure taught the full loop: requirement, build, break, fix, ship.

FounderApr 2024
Código Maestro begins
What started as freelancing became a company. I founded Código Maestro and grew it into a five-engineer consultancy — eventually 108+ projects for 27+ clients worldwide. Learning to lead, price, ship, and keep clients happy, all at once.

Builder2024 – 2025
Learning by building
The shift from assignments to real products — full-stack apps and AI/ML systems shipped end-to-end. Serenity, CivicSync, AgroVision and more: complete builds with real users in mind, not just a grade. This is the stretch where engineering stopped being coursework and became the craft.
Before the labs, a Founder's Office internship at Panaah (Gurugram) — leading a 4-member technical team, shipping two MVPs, and acting as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. My first taste of product thinking, sprint planning, and shipping under real business pressure.

Hackathons2025
The hackathon circuit
Top 15 at EvolvX (MNIT Jaipur). Top 10 of 15,000+ developers at Odoo × NMIT. Top 10 nationally at Microsoft Innovate. Weekends turned into a national-level proving ground — and a habit of building fast under pressure.

DRDOJun – Jul 2025
Research at DRDO Jodhpur
A practical training at the Defence Laboratory, Jodhpur (DLJ-DRDO): "Digital to Artistic — Transforming Photographs into Painting Using CycleGAN." I built the image-style-transfer pipeline on a custom 200+ image dataset, automated preprocessing, and tuned training under secure, offline constraints. The first time the work felt like it mattered beyond a grade.

Beyond Class2025 – 2026
Beyond the classroom
The other half of growing as an engineer — rooms full of people building the future. The Global AI Summit, IEEE conferences and talks, and speaking at the IEEE WIE internship series. Networking, public speaking, and learning straight from industry leaders, not just textbooks.
Leading beyond my own code — founding Dean Career Cloud (DCC) at Bennett with resume workshops, the '9-5 Algo' FAANG-prep series, and the Badging Ceremony; mentoring open-source contributors as a GSSoC '25 mentor; and running the Código Maestro team day to day. Led DCC as President, then stepped into an Advisor role to hand it on.

Peak2026
All India Rank 1 — IIT Roorkee
Productathon at E-Summit, IIT Roorkee. Against teams from IITs, NITs, and top universities, we built LeadSense AI end-to-end and finished first in the country. Proof that the small-town kid and the founder were the same person all along.

Building what comes next
Scaling Código Maestro, shipping AI products that reach real users, and mentoring the next set of builders. The journey so far was the warm-up.
